The first venue of the group and still the loudest one. An open kitchen in the middle of the room, a long table for sixteen and a menu that changes fully each season rather than by two dishes. Simple produce is not feared here: half the card is three ingredients and the right temperature.

It started with one table for sixteen and a cook working in plain sight, because there was nowhere to hide. The layout stayed that way after the renovation — only now it is a decision, not a circumstance.
